岗位职责
1、高层管理职位，协助决策层制定公司发展战略，负责其功能领域内短期及长期的公司决策和战略，对公司中长期目标的达成产生重要影响；
2、规划、指导、协调生产、工程及其研发领域的工作；
3、负责项目的总体设计；
4、制订相关工作流程，规划、协调、指导执行人员的工作安排和管理；
5、分析技术条件、资源状况、市场需求，和公司管理层及相关部门研讨，评估项目建议；
6、指导、审核、推进产品设计、生产/工程改进等工作。
任职条件：
1.教育背景：机械设计与制造及相关专业，大专及以上学历。
2.工作经验：八年以上家电行业研发工作经验，四年以上中型研发团队管理经验。
3.知识/技能：精通家电行业工艺及技术标准，对本公司企业文化和价值观有深刻理解及认同感，有很强的规划、组织、推动、实施、监控及协调沟通能力，具备研发整体运作能力，具备适应变化和快速决策的能力。
