Your tasks
- You are responsible for the overall management of the store ;
- You ensure a timeless and elegant image of your store and the service to your customers;
- You organize the store in an efficient and luxurious way;
- You ensure the optimal staffing at all times and use planning system linked to purchasing and you support, motivate and coach your team on a daily basis;
- You ensure an optimal inventory, make sure orders are placed on time to replenish;
- You are proactive and think about programs to increase the sales.
Your profile
- You have at least 5 years of experience in F&B operations;
- You are capable of managing a small team and motivate them;
- You are hands on and have excellent organization skills;
- You can work with Microsoft Office programs;
- You are passionate about quality and luxury;
- You are a team player and flexible to ensure daily operations at the store;
- You can speak English on a conversational basis.
