职位描述
Key Job Responsibilities:
-support HR Mgr to improve and develop the organization and drive HR functional excellence, initiating continuous improvement;
--Drive HR functional report system and analysis, monitor, improvement;
--Improve HR policies and processes; manage HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with local laws, regulation;
--Manage the attendance system. Keep record of employee's overtime, annual leave, day-off, etc. Deliver exceptional report weekly.
--Participant recruitment, learning and people development activities, which including but not limit to:
Participant HC budget review and support recruitment activity;
Support PD supervisor to implement PLM quarterly review and work on organization & individual development plan;
--facilitate positive labor relations by organizing company activities and conducting employee survey.
Requirements:
Education& Knowledge/Skills
--Bachelor degree above, HR Certificates preferred
--Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)_user level
--English_ CET 6 equivalent or above
Experience:
--Over 4 years HR working experience in MNC, with strong experience on training & development, performance management, and staffing;
--Hands on experience in disciplinary actions, labor arbitration, and work injuries;
--HR system experience, City-ray experience preferred.
--Lean experience, environment preferred.
