职责：
1.组织初级销售团队完成基础销售工作；完成个人年度销售业绩指标；

2.石油化工、市政热力以及设计院等类型重要客户的推广工作； 

3.市场动态的调研、开发和规划等；

4.区域市场开发和产品渠道拓展工作；

5.部门经理安排的战略客户维护工作；
