岗位要求：

1.大专及以上学历，两年以上人力资源相关工作岗位经验，中型以上企业工作背景为佳；

2.理解人力资源六大模块理论，并有思路和方法致力于实践；

3.熟悉国家各项劳动法规和政策；

4.责任心强，能承担较大工作压力；

5.熟练操作计算机及使用办公软件； 具备良好的学习能力和协调能力。
