职位要求：
1年以上销售工作经验或优秀应届毕业生；
热力工程类、材料科学与工程类、化学工程类、机械工程类、建筑类等相关理工科专业优先；
有相关产品(保温材料或耐火材料）的销售经验，熟悉石化电力等行业企业、设计院及工程公司等客户群，有市场渠道开拓及客户开发工作经验者优先；具有石化电力企业工作的工程技术与管理工作经历者优先：
具备优秀的人际沟通能力；
能适应较强的工作压力；
良好的团队合作能力，拥有自我学习的意愿和能力。
工作职责：
通过遵循标准销售流程，实行销售部相关政策，完成客户的开发和维护，达成销售指标；
对潜在客户进行拜访，创造尽可能大的销售机会；
对现有客户进行定期或不定期的拜访，发现更多的销售机会，增进客户忠诚度和保留度；
搜集区域内潜在销售机会信息和客户信息；
在面对面的互动中，向客户提供全面的产品、服务和技术信息，以建立更好的客户关系；
和销售内勤紧密配合，共同完成绩效指标；
收集市场趋势及竞争者信息，并与销售管理团队分享；
