Overall responsibility 职位总述

Responsible for supporting to pre-completion consultancy and property operation, providing exact advice to ensure commission projects’ property smoothly operated.

负责为开发商提供项目前期顾问服务，并为其全权委托公司管理的物业后期运营提供各类可行性建议，确保该物业的顺利运营。

Responsibility 工作职责

1. Provide pre-completion consultancy for developers.
2. Formulation of projects’ property management plan.
3. Provide professional property service training for relevant staff of developers.
4. Draft related property management documents of consultancy and commission projects.
5. Participate in establishing property management company.
6. Decoration and optimization of building selling center.
7. Participate in invitation and submission of bidding.
8. Keep in touch with relevant government departments.
9. Marketing the service to potential clients, in conjunction with relevant business lines.

1. 为开发商提供前期物业顾问服务；
2. 制定项目物业管理方案，确保顾问项目顺利完成；
3. 对开发商相关人员提供专业培训；
4. 起草顾问项目和物业管理相关文本；
5. 物业公司搭建；
6. 售楼现场的优化布置；
7. 组织参加项目招、投标工作；
8. 与政府相关部门保持联系；
9. 为业务拓展人员提供销售支持，积极开拓市场。
