1、监督工厂各部门的日常生产活动，定期召开有关会议，发现问题、分析原因，采取有效措施，确保生产线正常运转。
2、及时整理生产报表，定期汇报工厂生产与运营状况，并不断提高工厂的盈利能力。
3、合理调配与使用员工，及时完成生产任务。
4、制定合理的员工考核方案，提高员工的工作积极性，稳定员工队伍。
5、定期或不定期培训员工，提高员工综合素质。
6、贯彻执行公司的成本控制目标，积极减少厂里的各种成本，确保在保证质量的前提下不断降低生产成本。
7、贯彻执行公司的安全管理制度，确保厂区无安全事故发生。
8、从事不锈钢产品相关经验5年以上。
9、熟悉CAD图纸，能根据图纸出样。公司经常有新样板开发，有独立的开发样板的能力，积极配合公司的各项工作。
10、人品要正。
