岗位职责
1、负责大区客户的开发、关系维护和良好沟通；
2、负责区域内市场拓展、所有项目的洽谈、项目执行及回款工作；
3、规划并完善行业目标客户群的拓展策划，负责完成预期销售目标；
4、收集市场信息，制定年销售计划；
5、掌握竞争对手的市场动态，为公司的发展提供建设性建议。

任职资格
1、大学专科及以上学历，相关专业毕业；
2、有5年销售工作经验，3年体育服装或户外行业服装区域销售经验，；
3、具有独立客户开拓能力、公关能力、谈判能力及一定的策划能力和组织能力，并具备一定客户资源；
4 、要求完成每月公司交办的大区销售量；
5 、身心健康，有事业心，勤奋踏实而敏锐；
6、能够承受较大的工作压力，适应长期出差。
