职位描述(Role Summary/Purpose):
FEM科学家主要负责开发可用于医学系统成像的快速高效的三维有限元分析模型。该科学家在全面负责有限元模型开发的同时,负责领导即将组建的FEM团队。应聘者需具有在复杂几何和不完全方差方程环境下进行有限元编码的丰富经验。
The FEM Scientist will be mainly responsible for developing fast and effective 3D finite element models to be used in medical imaging systems. The scientist will oversee the FEM model development and is expected to lead the to-be-formed FEM team. Experience in FEM coding of complex geometries and partial differential equation is a MUST.
岗位职责(Essential Responsibilities):
1. 用C语言开发快速和有效的大体积几何三维有限元模型;
2. 与算法研发科学家及临床合作方一起改进有限元模型,以达到临床医学对诊断速度、稳定性和准确性三方面的要求;
3. 为早期的临床实验提供技术支持;
4. 和算法研发工程师一起,进行模型误差评估并分析模型分辨率和准确性在图像重建结果中的影响。在分析的基础上建立多层次的有限元模型的改善模块;
5. 项目实施路线规划和项目管理;
6. 通过跨部门和团队合作,定义、设计和实现产品定型。
1. Develop fast and effective 3D FEM models of large volume geometries in C languages.
2. Work with Algorithm Scientist and clinical partners to refine the FEM models to meet clinical requirements of speed, stability and accuracy.
3. Provide technical support in initial clinical experiments.
4. Work with Algorithm Scientist, perform model error assessment and analyze the influence of model resolution and precision on the image reconstruction results. Build up multi-level FEM model refining module based on the analysis.
5. Roadmap planning and project management.
6. Work across functions and team boundaries to define, design, and implement the finalized design of products.
任职资格(Qualifications & Characteristics):
1. 硕士或博士研究生,数学、物理、电气、计算机工程及相关学科优先;
2. 具有两年以上的FEM编码和不完全方差方程相关工作经验或相关背景;
3. 有处理密集网格经验的优先;
4. 必须具备优秀的编程技能,同时熟悉C语言、C++ 、Matlab、COMSO或其他计算机语言;
5. 有能力为具有挑战性的研发问题提供及时有效的解决方案;
6. 具有FME领域的行业经验者优先;
7. 在相关学科或工业应用领域有创新和出版记录;
8. 具有优秀的口头和书面沟通能力;
9. 做事主动,能自我激励,有积极的心态,富有活力,注重效率和成果;能够同时处理和胜任多项工作内容。
1. Master’s or PhD degree in Mathematics, Physics, Electrical, Computer Engineering or closely related disciplines are preferred.
2. Strong background and more than 2 years’ experience in FEM coding and partial differential equation are essential.
3. Experience dealing with dense meshing is preferred.
4. Strong programming skill is a MUST. Familiar with C, C++, Matlab, COMSOL or other computational languages.
5. Proven ability to develop timely and effective solutions for challenging R&D problems.
6. Industry experience in FEM area is preferred.
7. Proven track record of innovation and publication in the scientific or industrial setting.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Self-starter, energetic, results oriented, and able to multi-task.
