MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Conduct inspection on leather skins/textile materials and finished garments in a timely manner to ensure vendors’ adherence to Danier Quality standard; perform skin testing on tearing strength, skin appearance, and manual color fastness.
2.Evaluate and provide approval of pre-production sample at factory before commencement of production.
3.Recheck bulk trims against approved trim cards prepared by the production team to ensure no deviation from requirements.
4.Provide order status to direct supervisor on Pre-Production sample, skin arrival date, expected shipment date, shipment status, packing list and quantity shipped .
5.Document and communicate all inspection results or production issues/problems to direct supervisor .
6.Provide recommendation on product that is not workable or affect production. 5%
Tools, equipment, computer programs, etc. use regularly in the performance of job:
Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Computer, printer, measuring tape
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
-Minimum 2 years of progressive related experience with any Trading or Buying office in garments/ material inspection with strong track record of success;
-Can understand and speak in both written and verbal English and
Mandarin
-Knowledge of AQL inspection system in leather an asset
