工作范围

？ 负责执行和订立的销售计划和策略，并有效地与各客户进行沟通、交流，以增加业绩和完成销售目标
？ 处理日常客户的订单和查询，并提供适合的技术支持、建议和信息反馈
？ 定期提交客户情况报告，作出跟进
？ 需积极与公司内部包括国内和美国各团队沟通、交流和配合，发挥团队合作精神
？ 需出差拜访客户，了解客户的产品使用情况与市场需求，并加强巩固与客户的关系
？ 需配合公司的销售策略，协助收集市场信息和筹办展览会等

工作要求

？ 相关专业本科以上学历，具2-3年表面活性剂或化工行业的销售或技术服务经验，有工业清洗行业经验者最佳
？ 性格积极主动、善于与人沟通、表达和具备分析能力
？ 懂一般计算机操作 (包括收发邮件、WORD、EXCEL、POWERPOINT等)
？ 懂普通话，懂简单英语者更佳
？ 主要工作地点为江浙沪

Harcros Organics, the manufacturing division of Harcros Chemicals located in Kansas City USA, provides innovative solutions to challenging chemical applications.

Over the last 40 years, Harcros Organics has evolved into a flexible specialty manufacturer of surfactants, concentrating on customized products that meet the critical demands of the changing industry. We also have a manufacturing plant in China.

To cope with the expansion of China and South-east Asia markets where our company has tremendous growth opportunities, we currently seek a dynamic, ambitious and motivated Regional Marketing Manager to head up our sales team. Person with HI&I marketing experience is preferrable.

Job Descriptions

？ Responsible for initiating, planning, developing and implementing business plan /sales targets in line with the Corporate and Regional strategies.
？ Meet China market and distributors’ needs while at the same time continue to grow sales and distributors.
？ Expand and improve the communications channels between distributors and the Company by providing accurate, up-to-date and reliable technical and application information and training.
？ Maintain effective communication with both internal and external parties, develop business relations at all levels of customer accounts particularly their senior management, procurement and R&D.
？ Lead sales department, set business plan and sales target for sales team and monitor sales performance.
？ Generate customer reports which track progress against the business plan and sales targets. Make corrective and improvement actions
？ Develop marketing materials, sales tools, develop market presence strategy and participate in relevant trade events.
？ Support customers with troubleshooting, formulation recommendations and application information
？ Work closely with customers and our US and China-based teams.
？ Travel frequently in China and travel overseas are occasionally required.

Job Requirements

？ Degree or above in Chemistry or related disciplines.
？ Minimum 5 years of sales and marketing management experience in Chemical industry.
？ Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
？ Highly energetic and self initiative with minimum supervision.
？ Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
？ Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese Mandarin.
？ To live in Eastern China.
？ PC literature Word/Excel/PowerPoint
