职位描述
Accounts Payable Officer 财务文员（应付）
Responsibilities:
1.Process daily accounts payable activities, trading partner monthly/quarterly/yearly payment request accurately and timely.
2.Check invoice/receiving note/purchase order/etc. with accounting system record to make sure data are proper.
3.Monthly closing activities to ensure A/P proper cut off and support to supervisor in monthly closing on A/P portion.
4.Prepare financial reports and account reconciliation related with AP, and ensure proper follow-up.
5.Ensure each job related accounting transaction in SAP/Kindee to comply with both local rules and company policies.
6.Develop self to meet company position capabilities requirements.
7.Other related finance and accounting activities.
Requirements:
1.College diploma with major in finance, accounting or related.
2.Proficiency in oral, reading and written English.
3.Relevant computer ability and experience, e.g. SAP, Excel.
4.Familiar with Microsoft Word/Excel/PPT. Good at Excel data analysis will be a plus.
5.Team player, detail-oriented and very good communication skill.
6.Can work under pressure and meet the deadline.
7.Experience in finance is preferred.
8.Relevant accountant certificates will be a plus.

3.及时进行月关帐，并就应付部分对主管的月关帐给予支持。
4.准备应付相关财务报告和对账单，并进行后续跟进。
5.保证SAP和金蝶系统中的相关会计条目符合当地法规和公司要求。
6.着重自身能力的开发以保证符合岗位需求。
7.其他财务会计的相关事务。

2.英语听说读写流利。
3.具备相关的电脑和系统使用能力。
4.熟悉办公自动化软件操作，EXCEL技能（数据透析表）熟练者优先。

7.有相关财务会计经验者优先。
8.有相关财务会计资格证者优先。
