Job Responsibility:

• Ensures development and execution of all compensation and benefits programs in accordance with the corporation's global rewards philosophy and tenants.
• Ensures market competitiveness with local, country and regional labor markets in accordance with appropriate and approved target market positioning. Monitors and reports on trends in market practices.
• Partners with business/country leaders and business/country HR partners in understanding how rewards can support business strategy.
• Collaborates and partners with global rewards organization in creating program strategy and implementation to meet business needs.
• Directs work of other rewards professionals and ensures their development and participation in global team activities
• Ensures compliance with local laws and internal governance processes.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above, over 10 years C&B experience.
• Substantial experience in leading regional rewards organization in a multi-national company.
• Substantial experience with developing, implementing and maintaining rewards programs in several countries representing the majority of the region
• Substantial knowledge of various rewards specialty areas (incentive compensation, sales compensation, executive compensation, benefits management, etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills in order to effectively work with all levels of management and employees
• Strong collaboration skills with experience in leveraging highly matrixes resources.
• Experience with integrating C&B programs and policies of acquired companies essential.
