Basic Function / General Description:
- In charge of production planning capacity and daily WO management

Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities:
1. Capacity Occupation Planning
- Upon customer forecast and updated material readiness, work with production to output long term and short term plan for capacity expansion plan if necessary.
- Smartly level MPS scheduling to reduce fluctuations due to customer forecast demand change by monthly.
- Work with material planner to work out monthly material request base on MPS schedule.

2. Work Order Management
- Issue work order to shop floor base on weekly or MPS schedule.
- Monitor production WIP status & WO fulfillment
- Drive and reduce cycle time to support production capacity expansion.
- Drive production output plan to meet customer required date
- Follow up with buyer for any material AOS issue.

3. Other
- Work with engineering, QA and production teams for RMA, compensation and inventory control/count
- Feedback to CSR delivery scenarios on behalf of factory for customer inquiry for upside and downside request.

Accountability & measures:
- Job performance will be measured in accordance with WO completion, WIP.

Work experience & skills requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing planning;
- 3-5 years of an MRP/ERP system experience in manufacturing, prefer use JDE or SAP related.
- Good experience of production planning/forecast handling.
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to independently organize tasks and work to a project plan. Self-motivated and able to handle pressure
- Reading and writing capability in English.
- Prefer to have knowledge of and experience with lean manufacturing concepts.

Educational Requirements
- College degree above.
