Basic Function / General Description:
-ME data processing for design and manufacturing drawing controls, BOM & MRP/ERP setup
-Work with program/project team according to PDP process and as IPD member, and coordinate all of the functional groups (IE, SSI, Quality, SCM etc.) to ensure all manufacturing preparations are ready to order and kept up-to-date.
-Adopt Lean Concepts and ACE tools to eliminate all kinds of waste to improve product quality, production efficiency, safety environment to reduce total cost.

Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities:
-Be responsible for ME data (ITEM, BOM, ROUTING etc.) processing including package design and input into MRP/ERP system.
-Be responsible for creating/developing/documenting/implementing ME/TE documents and working instruction and procedures required to manufacture/assemble/process the products of the company.
-As initiator, work with quality/production to drive quality first passes yield improving.
-Use TPM concept to continue drive line down reduction and improve process robust.
-Lead Testing and process engineers to improve trouble shooting capability, reduce WIP and waiting time for failure found in production line.
-Keeps control of design, manufacturing and supply chain changes/updates to be incorporated with ECO.
-Lead / participate in ACE initiatives and apply ACE tools into QCPC daily work and task.

Work experience & skills requirements:
-Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing engineering role, prefer have plenty of experience of PCBA/Box build assembly testing engineering
-Good understanding of leaning/six sigma culture, demonstrates capability in Value Engineering and Value Analysis
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both Chinese and English.
-Good interpersonal and leadership skills
-Ability to independently organize tasks and work to a project plan.
-Self-motivated and able to handle pressure
-Good business operations and new product development knowledge.

Educational Requirements
Professional Degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical / Electrical / Material Engineering or equivalent
