职位描述
Basic Function / General Description:
- Make the productive material purchasing plan in time for manufacturing. Analysis MRP report, order the Pos and follow up the supply. Analysis and control the inventory effectively, improve the turn over.
Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Responsible for material plan according to inventory condition, follow up the related assignment to ensure the production smoothly. Inform Production Control in time if there are any material delivery issues.
- Coordinate the information link between Material Planning and other departments, for example, Supply Chain Management, Inter-company Purchasing, Contract Control, Contract Engineering, Production Engineering, Costing to ensure material information correctly.
- Responsible for organizing inventory management work and make the inventory value reasonably.
- Manage the material planning engineer to improve their business skill.
- Responsible for contract cost analysis; reflect the cost reduction situation in time.
- Responsible for system's material analysis report and Forecast Accuracy Report to control inventory value.
- Make a good communication with Material Control Manager about the material management issues.
- Carry out the related task in accordance with the regulation of health and safety.
- Responsible for implementing EH&S policy and standards or Otis, EH&S rules of company and local safety policy and rules, actively support and participate in Company EH&S activity, EH&S is incorporated into the processes.
Accountability & measures:
- Rate of Non-services (goal: <9.6%)
- Turn Over (goal:>10%)
- Inventory Accurate Rate (goal: >95%, item Qty; >99%, Cost)
- AMT T/T Days (goal: <6)
Work experience & skills requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years working experience and 3 years experience in material planning.
- Fluent in both oral & written English.
- Good command of computer knowledge: Microsoft office etc.
- Strong in practice, logic and principle, good cooperation.
