Position: Technical Customer Service Executive

Asia Web Services Ltd. (www.vpshosting.com.hk) is a fast growing Web Hosting solution provider in Hong Kong deploying the latest Cloud and Virtualization technologies. We are expanding our market share in the web hosting industry and are looking for talented individuals to be a part of our company.


Responsibility:

· To respond to inbound email / telephonic / live chat inquiries

· To generate leads through references from existing customers

· To send proposals based on inquiry details and close the sale

· Be responsible for targets and prepare timely reports

· Handling non-technical issues such as billing and sales enquiries

· Assist on various online marketing activities and business development

· Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned


Requirements:

We are searching for dedicated and reliable candidates who have good spoken and written communication skills, keen decision-making abilities, an acute attention to detail, and an interest in the technical details of the internet hosting industry. This position provides an opportunity for growth within a quickly expanding company in the Internet Services Industry.


· Good communication skill and proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Putonghua

· Higher Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related discipline

· Working experience in the Hosting industry or Information Technology Service Industry will be an advantage

· Good customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.

· Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changing environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues.

· Ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors and management.

· Experience with documenting procedures including basic billing and invoicing.

· At least 2 years of working experience in related field

· Applicants must be willing to work from home

· Applicants must be located in the Guangdong province and must be willing to travel to Hong Kong 1-2 times per month for meeting with overseas clients and participation in overseas exhibitions
