ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN RECRUITING PROFESSIONALS IN FINANCE & ACCOUNTING, SALES & MARKETING AND HUMAN RESOURCES FOR LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS IN CHINA.
Client:
Our client is a leading player in a very niche manufacturing market. Currently they are looking for a Human Resource Manager to support their further business expansion.
Salary:
Competitive Package (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Downtown location in Shanghai
# of subordinates:
4 direct reports
Reporting to:
Human Resource Director
Team size:
8 team members
Travelling:
Limited within China
Recruitment process:
3 Rounds of Face to Face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Provide advice to business line on headcount planning, recruitment and selection
+ Execute HR policies according to national HR strategy
+ Manages and develo HR Information systems.
+ Leads and supervises HR teams regarding HR compliance with the Group’s policies and guidelines
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree in major of marketing or business related
+ Above 6 years HR working experience from a multinational company
+ Strong communication skills
+ Good at analytical and statistic skills
+ Fluent English and Chinese Mandarin in both verbal and written.
