Main Responsibilities / Accountabilities / Tasks
Project manager:
?Single point of contact for sponsor on a given project
?Manage project scope and project plan and share status with related stakeholders
?Ensure the coordination among IT teams, other departments and external vendors
?Be responsible for implementing projects successfully covering schedule, cost and quality
Business Analyst:
?Lead and help business user to raise requirement completely and precisely and prepare requirement spec
?Able to interpret business requirements and link them to system setup. Identify the gaps between the system capacity and users’ needs, review and confirm solution with vendors, 3rd party consultants
?Lead business users to review the requirements and approve all the documents on behalf of business users for each stage of the design and implementation. Contribute in functional designs, user impact analysis, training plans and materials and communications; assist to identify conformance to business controls (regulatory, auditing & security, delegation & authorities) and recommend or report deviations for approval
?Manage the End-user Training plan and prepare / support preparation of training materials
?Lead the users to prepare SIT/UAT plan, test scripts, test data, and conduct tests, and report results
?Conduct train-the-trainers course to business users
?Manage and Liaise with end-users, executives regarding changes in the regulatory requirements
?Acquires in-depth knowledge on the functional areas allocated to him/her (as main contact or as back-up) and provide production support to analyze production issues and resolve them
Candidate Profile
Academic Background (degree and major)
Bachelor or Master’s degree in business, Information technology, finance
Working Experience /Technical Skills & Know how
3 - 5 years experience in major banks or consulting company on banking sector

?Knowledge of banking processes and processes description methodology
?Ability to understand the needs of the end users in banking context and solve routine problems independently
?Good analytical skill and problem solving skills
?Good communication and interpersonal skills
?Strong team work spirit
?Ability to understand organization’s goal and priorities
Language Skills
Fluent in English and Mandarin, documentation and deliverables to be drafted both in English or Chinese.
Computer Skill
