Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis
1. Developing variance analysis reporting to forecast, plan and prior year.
2. Analyzing discrepancies between Standard and Actual cost.
3. Monthly forecasting for the coming 3 months and quarters by the yearend .
4. Producing efficiency analysis report on a monthly basis.
5. Advising management to take appropriate measures by providing a possible financial impact of critical issues.
6. Briefly reporting major financial issues of the month through Management Letter.
Strategic Planning & Budgeting
1.Taking the responsibility of setting up yearly business plan of SVC division.
2.Working out the presentation material and analysis for the presentation of management director.
Market Analysis
1.Monthly tracking portfolio change and prices of the products newly booked.
2.Reporting supplement data including booking result by segment.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in Finance or related.
2.Above one year related experince.
3.Fluent in English.
