岗位描述：
1. Review payment applications and expense reimbursements.
审查付款申请和费用报销凭证
2. Checking AR and AP monthly.
每月复核公司的往来账款。
3. Fixed assets management together with the general ledger accountant.
与总账会计一起管理公司的固定资产。
4.Verifying the general ledger vouchers.
所有总帐凭证的审核
5. Claiming all taxes monthly, including rebate tax
每月税务申报，包括出口免、抵、退税申报
6. Coordinate and organize month end closing process, prepare financial reports. Reports to the headquarter according to the time schedule.
组织协调月结进程，准备完整的财务报告,按集团时间要求及时提供报表。
7. Making cash forecast regularly and prepare annual budget and rolling forecast.
定期准备资金预算及准备年度预算及滚动预测。
8. Assisting annual audit, including internal audit.
配合年度审计，包括内审。
9. Having good communication skills. Maintaining good working relationship with tax authorities, SAFE, bank and customs
具有良好的沟通能力，保持与银行，税务，外管局和海关的良好关系。
10.Having a good skill of cost control.
熟悉成本管理
Requirement:
1.Bachelor degree, major in finance or accounting, intermediate certificated in Accounting
本科，财务或会计专业,会计中级职称
2.Excellent reading and writing skills for English, fluent oral English is preferred.
良好的英语读写能力，流利的英语口语更佳。
3. Minimum 5 year’s working experience in manufacturing company.
5年以上生产型外资企业工作经验
4. Export VAT tax refunding experience in manufacturing industry preferred
有制造业出口退税经验者优先
5. Broad knowledge of China''s taxation, accounting, banking, and import & export regulations
熟练中国税务、成本、资金及进出口业务
6. Good communication skill
良好的沟通技巧
7. Strong sense of internal control and process control.
较强的内部管理和流程控制
8.Working experience of the whole finance process preferred
有全盘财务工作经验者优先
