Responsibilities: -Possess 2 years work experience in similar position. -Work closely with VP Product Development (China) and US Design and Sales team in developing home textile bedding product. -English speaking/comprehension mandatory. -Understand US and Korean bedding market. -Become expert in all factory capabilities to successfully meet target costs. -Visit factories on regular basis to do on-site approvals. -Educate China design team and US teams in factory capabilities to make design process more efficient. -Keep excellent records/timelines of all development projects and all submits for approval. -Have the ability to review, analyze, approve and/or improve all submits. -Work in fast paced, deadline-driven environment. -Be an organized, self-motivated, team player.
