* own the architecture design and development of mobile web search engine applications.
* ensure the search engine application provides high quality search result ranking and high service throughput.

* 3 years designing and developing of high volume web search applications.
* 5 years experience developing C/C++ applications on Linux.
* Proven experience in re-architecting systems for ease of development.
* Familiar with common collaboration and code/build management tools such as SVN, Bugfree, Reviewboard, etc.
* Able to work effectively both as an individual contributor and as a team leader.
* Able to shift gears quickly in a start-up environment.
* Large search company experience is a plus.
