* 2 years designing and developing of search relevance applications or data mining projects.
* 3 years experience developing C/C++ applications on Linux.
* Proven experience in designing and developing data mining, machine learning, NLP algorithms.
* Familiar with common collaboration and code/build management tools such as SVN, Bugfree, Reviewboard, etc.
* Able to work effectively both as an individual contributor and as a team leader.
* Able to shift gears quickly in a start-up environment.
* Large search company experience is a plus.
