职位描述
职位概要:
建立、维护、扩大销售终端，完成分销目标、分销计划。
工作内容:
1、 负责公司产品的市场渠道开拓与销售工作；
2、 根据公司市场营销战略，提升销售价值，控制成本，扩大产品在所负责区域的销售，积极完成销售量指票，扩大产品市场占有率；
3、 动态把握市场价格，定期向公司提供市场分析及预测报告，及时调整销售策略；
4、 维护和开拓新的销售渠道和新客户，自主开发及拓展上下游用户，尤其是终端客户；
5、 收集一线营销信息和用户意见，对公司营销策略、售后服务、等提出参考意见；
6、 与客户保持良好沟通，定期拜访客户，实时把握客户需求；为客户提供主动、热情、满意、周到的服务；
任职资格:
教育背景:
◆市场营销或相关专业大专以上学历。
培训经历:
◆受过市场营销、产品知识等方面的培训。
◆技能技巧:
◆熟悉市场营销工作；
态 度:
◆坦诚自信，乐观进取，高度的工作热情；
◆有良好的团队合作精神，有敬业精神；
◆具有独立的分析和解决问题的能力；
工资待遇：基本工资2000元—2800元+200元餐补+100元通讯补助+交通补助（实报实销)
