职位要求：
1.计算机软件或相关专业，本科或以上学历；
2.熟悉Java编程，并有3年或以上项目开发经验；
3.熟悉常用Java框架（Spring,Hibernate, JPA,Struts等）；
4.熟悉JavaScript及Ajax开发，熟悉XML、Web Service开发；
5.熟悉常用Java应用服务器及开发工具，精通J2EE框架； ；
6.熟练使用SQL语言，并且精通SQL Server、Oracle数据库，具有的数据库设计能力，熟悉基于数据库应用开发。 ；
7.良好的英语读写能力；
8.协作能力、沟通能力、学习能力强及良好的团队精神，能在压力下工作。


职责说明
1、根据项目需求编写开发设计文档；
2、带领团队完成Java应用系统开发；
3、参与公司BS架构产品研发；
4、培养新员工。
