工作职责：
1、日常图纸确认（全部产品图纸Auto CAD，包括轮毂，中冷器、板簧、卷簧等汽车零配件）/对产品构造有较强的空间想象能力。
2、图纸信息，产品检验报告制作、记录与保存/建立一套文档存放体系，命名、编号等工作
3、ERP系统的日常维护及信息更新。
4、图纸及检验报告及电子文档的保存、更新以及作废管理
5、制作针对产品的检验报告/在QC下厂检测前，针对客户需求、产品需求，制作检验项目以及检验标准的检验文档，便于QC填写
6、为QC提供技术支持/进行数据核算，根据理论判断设计参数是否符合要求，并为QC检验提供合理的标准参数。
7、处理客户投诉/在出现严重或者特殊质量问题时下工厂进行现场确认，然后制作8D 报告给予客户及时反馈
8、跟进产品质量问题，预防措施的落实情况/对问题产品、现象进行规整后，进行分析报告的制作，定期向QC指出重点检测事项。
9、按照客户的报告需求，进行检测数据的录入（30%）
10、进行阶段性的数据统计，分析产品状态，明确下一步工作方法及重点。
11、配合QC开展部分产品的检验工作
12、每个月2-3次的出差频率，不排除紧急情况会增加需求。范围：江苏省/浙江省/山西/广东/台湾等
13、上级交办的其他工作事宜

能力要求
1 通过国家四级考试(英语读写熟练，口语良好）
2 技术水平：懂机械制图及相关的图纸技术标准
3 素质要求：强势的供应商管理能力/流畅的邮件，言语沟通能力，较强的空间想象能力。
4 对力学、机械有一定的认识，并乐意学习
