Manufacturing Manager

Job Description
1. Recruit, Maintain and Manage a team of high caliber Manufacturing team to assemble, test and check-out customized automated equipment to meet or exceed Customer's specification and expectations.

2. Communicate and co-ordinate closely with Design, Engineering, Service team and Customers to resolve Manufacturing and Field issues in a timely and effective manner

3. Plan, Execute and Monitor Project Schedules and Costing, ensure compliance to the planned schedules and budgets and take necessary measures to prevent or recover in case of deviation.

4. Organize, Chair meetings and Motivate his project team members to achieve set objectives and targets

5. Provide regular Projects Status and Costing updates to management

6. Implement Good Manufacturing Practices and Quality Control

7. Communicate, Execute and Ensure compliances to HR Policies and Safety Standards

Desired Skills & Experience
1. At least 8 years experience in automated equipment design and manufacturing industries, 3 years in managerial level.

2. Hands on experience in mechanical / electrical assembly, debugging and check-out of automated equipment

3. In-depth knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices, DFMEA, SPC,

4. Good communication and interpersonal skill / Highly Motivated and can work with minimum supervision

5. The candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Manufacturing
