The Ecosystem Development Manager serves as the primary owner of ecosystem enablement activities in the China region. The candidate is to be located in Shanghai. This position reports to the Senior Director, Global Ecosystem Enablement.
The manager is responsible to set engagement strategy for assigned territory to evangelize and align Micron products with the key ecosystem partners. The manager will work closely with the marketing and local sales organization to define and execute on initiatives that drive revenue growth and market leadership.
Expected travel requirement is approximately 30-40%.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and drive enabling strategy for key ecosystem partners in Northern and Central China
- Establish and maintain strong and deep working relationships with partners and peers
- Evangelize Micron products and value propositions
- Drive Micron product adoption on reference design platforms at assigned chipset accounts to enable customer design wins
- Understand current and emerging memory need and feedback requirements to product marketing
- Provide training and associated sales collateral
- Establish expertise in focused segments, market trends, and memory usage models
- Contribute to product roadmap definition and planning
Qualification:
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience in technical marketing, application engineering, or field application engineering
- Design experience or strong technical background in embedded system with SoC, MPU or MCU desirable
- Experience working with NOR/NAND/eMMC/SSD flash memory and/or DRAM memory
- Excellent track record of performance against goals
- Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships across different levels and functions
- Outstanding oral and written communications skills, problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience working with customers to understand technical requirements, position solutions and develop differentiated offerings and go-to-market plans
