职位描述
Main Task
1. Establish distributor development programs based on the company strategy
2. Responsible for setting up distribution network to insure an appropriate amount of distributor coverage all over china.
3. Make distribution management policy and formulate programs that build loyalty, maintain high level relationships, and assure that each distributor represents fluid transfer group to the best of their ability.
4. Assure that distributors are appropriately trained in order to proactively promote and support fluid transfer group products.
5. Develop sales forecast, marketing info, competitive intelligence studies for china strategy development
6. Analyzes the local requirements, define new product requirements and/or revisions for the new products development.
7. Other tasks and activities as required
8. Reports To: China Sales and Marketing Manager
Requirements:
1. At least five years working experience with above three years prior experience in distribution management/channel development
2. Experience for dealing with channel conflicts
3. Prior experience in the petroleum, chemical or industrial equipment markets
