Key responsibilities主要职责:

1. As a leader of factory equipment management and building & facility maintenance

2. Propose and implement factory investment according to factory strategy

3. Develop the technical knowledge and capabilities with the employees within the organization Competency and talent development for maintenance staffs including back-up plan

4. Safeguard the installation and building in such a way that they fulfill all safety regulations and laws

5. Review Preventive and Planned Maintenance programme with facility manager to ensure a proper planisin place

6. Taken EHS management role to meet the national law and regulations

7. Ensure consistency of region alpolicies & procedures with constant updating of company and that all staff have adequate familiarity with the systems as well as the policies

8. Implement,comply with and audit all M&E systems,for quality assurance

9. The China Engineering Manager must be a teamplayer and work with othe rmembers of the team to meet all key performance

Requirement要求

1. Bachelor or above in mechanical engineering or related,

2. At least 10 years related experience while at least 3 years in management.

3. English spoken, reading and writing fluently

4. Strong management skills in terms of equipment and team. Skillful for people development and is willing to develop people

5. Being a good team player and willing to contribute to team

6. Mature, logical thinking and long term perspective, strategic thinking is a plus
