Job Responsibilities:

Assists in various office, business and location support activities. Performs various administrative tasks on demand. Coordinates delivery of office and business support services either internally or through an outsourced service. Details are:

1. Handle front desk tasks, such as welcome visitors, maintain visitor registry, receive incoming calls and redirect calls, deal with all company’s letters, packages, and express deliveries, etc.

2. Office supply management, including ordering, distribution and payment control.

3. Be responsible for office services / maintenance (fixed assets, office supply, facilities, plants, contracted hotel, etc) / renovation, and office resource allocation.

4. Provide facility vendor management support, services communication and quality assurance, and report for spending.

5. Travel booking, car arrangement and visa application

6. Be responsible for expats management, including look & see trip arrangement, housing, permits & visa, insurance, and other local residency issues, etc

7. Assist employees on boarding or off boarding and other administrative tasks.

8. Keep headcount list for the site up-to-date, seats coordination & spare keys management.

9. Arrange and coordinate office major events, including annual party, office meeting, fire drill, customer audit, first aid training, etc.

10. Support branch office existing license annual inspection to support business operation, as well as lease extension.

11. Take charge of daily office security management.

12. Update public information

Complete other office administration work assigned.

The major business area of Tieto China is Tieto Product Development Service (PDS). At PDS China our goal is to achieve strong positions globally. We help our customers to make better products, specialize in product development in communications and embedded technologies. PDS acts as one of the key sources for Tieto’s innovation, future growth, and financial performance.

Tieto has been operating in China since 2001. Tieto China was established officially in 2003. From the first software development project in Mobile Devices R&D started in 2003 till the current business extension in the field of communications and embedded technologies, Tieto China has experienced rapid growth both in business and technology areas. During the four years since the opening of Chengdu office in 2008, the number of employees has reached 1,000 proving rapid increase in staff in China.
