职位描述：

1、接收采购合同的传真，并把合同交期更新到ERP系统。
2、对采购合同的进展异常要及时有效地反馈给采购员和上级领导，掌握负责合同的进度、品质异常、交期变化等情况。
3、协助采购员和上级领导完成新项目、新模具、新产品、新供应商的开发和跟单。
4、处理采购合同的跟单，到料、入库、补料、发票等一系列的数据并录入到ERP系统。
5、及时完成上级交代的其他工作任务。
