Position: Project Manager

Location: Thailand

1. Organization

Project Manager is the leader of Pulp Project team of the Pulp Co. Ltd. The Group Alliance. He/ She will be responsible for all plant/ process/ machinery upgrade projects and new additions in Pulp Mills of the Group.

2. Relations

Reporting to: - He will be reporting to the CEO.

Subordinate: - A team of discipline engineers (Process/ E&I/ Mechanical/ Civil) will be reporting to Project Manager and will assist him to execute various projects identified.

3. Responsibilities and authorities

Project Manager will be responsible for:

· Support Process/ maintenance team to plan improvement projects and develop project proposals including concept, benefits, budget and schedule.

· Identification of new projects in Pulp Mill area and advice to owner for tentative benefits.

· Discipline basic engineering of the related project.

· Technical assistance to owner during project approval process.

· Invite supplier’s/ contractor’s quotations.

· Facilitate project procurement.

· Co-ordination during Installation, commissioning of projects until handover to owner.

· Review of projects after completion.

· Co-ordination with procurement and finance team for closing report of completed projects.

Requirement:

· He should be a bachelor degree engineering educated background.

· Age 35-45 years old.

· Having experiences working as project engineer or project manager for medium to large scale project value over 100 million USD, supervising the engineering and project organization over 50 persons, responsible for basic engineering, detailed engineering, procurement, contract management, monitoring/control of manufacturing/assembly/fabrication/delivery, site construction works, material control/handling, MEI erection, QA&QC, commissioning, startup of the plant.

· The candidates who have experiences working aboard, especially in China or Thailand, and not having accompanied family members would be preferable.

· He is expected to be employed on the 3 years contract basis.

· His expected compensation package needs to be specified when applied.

· He needs to have knowledge and experiences in the operation and maintenance of pulp mill to the certain level, but intensively hand-on in the project management/construction management.

A Thailand Inc owns two pulp mills, two paper machines, captive power plants for pulp mills plus Industrial Power Plants having 2 units each of 165 MW power generation capacity exporting power to national grid and other users.

待遇：

1.年薪：月薪X 12个月。（已含海外补贴)；

2.福利：会在泰国购买商业保险、每年体检一次；

3.假期：20天/年（每年一次免费双程国内机票），年假；

4.签约：直接与泰国公司签定两年期的劳动合同。

此职位需长期出差泰国
