职位描述
Job Description:
-Output of assigned tasks has a high degree of accuracy;
-Evidence of looking for solutions and opportunities to improve processes which end up saving valuable time, money or resources;
-Seen as a reliable source in data gathering and analysis;
-Achievement of assigned tasks within established deadlines;
-Maintenance of key records and control of returns;
-Timely distribution of key communications;
-Stakeholder feedback;
-Adherence to standard company performance standards and code of conduct policies;
-Clarity of communication through all forms of communication provided (email, correspondence, verbal);
-Accuracy of arrangements, schedules, itinerary and other assigned work through a high degree of attention to detail and validation of items where coordination with other areas is required;
-Demonstration of brand values in undertaking duties;
-Have a solid understanding of all factors impacting the operation he/she supports and be able to communicate this information to necessary parties to achieved results;
-Number of process improvement recommendations;
-Exhibits a positive attitude towards change;
-Evidence of sharing knowledge, best practices with colleagues at all levels to ensure they achieve their goals and business objectives;
-Assists in the implementation of the Group compliance policy locally with the relevant Compliance Officer;
-Timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators;
-Completion of technical training that enhances system knowledge and proficiency;
-Timely completion of mandatory compliance, risk and regulatory learning modules;
-Immediate and accurate flagging of risks as identified;
-Adherence to all heath code, fire regulations as required based on local regulations
Skills/Experience Required:
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in secretarial or administrative role in a high complex environment ;
-Advanced level, knowledge in word processing, spreadsheets and MS Office applications;
-Proficient in language(s) required by process;
-Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Able to communicate clearly and confidently with Management at all levels;
-Excellent listening and problem solving skills;
-Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
-Must have proven ability to rapidly develop and deploy solutions to support programs/initiatives;
-Experience in planning and organizing events / meetings;
-Ability to work well within a team and take the initiative to work independently when required;
-Sense of urgency and ability to take on tasks and manage them alone with excellence;
-Excellent organization skills;
-Flexible approach to working hours
