i.Drive sales based on annual target
在年度的目标基础上推进销售业绩
ii.Motivate and manage store managers so as to accomplish sales target
激励和管理店面经理完成销售业绩目标
iii.Devise promotional plan; margin & image sustention
制定增长计划；支撑形象和利润
Sales budget销售预算制定
i.Annual sales budgeting hinged with business development plan
年度销售预算与业务发展计划相关联
ii.Seasonal sales budgeting
季度销售预算制定

Retail management零售管理
i.Team up with marketing, product & VM in order to maintain POS goodliness
协同市场，商品和陈列部门维持店面的形象。
ii.Retail operation manual maintain and update
零售营运维护和更新
iii.Inventory control and merchandising optimization
库存控制和商品优化。
iv.Sales staff appraisal
销售员工的评估
v.Ensure sales staffs discipline
确保销售员工的纪律

Business development业绩发展
i.Business development plan; POS opening
业绩发展计划；开设店铺
ii.Maintain relationship with retailers (department stores & shopping mall)
维持和商场之间的关系

Sales training销售员工的培训
i.Training manual production
培训商品手册
ii.Organize training courses with assistance from HR
通过人力资源部门的协助组织培训课程
iii.Assist product team to hold product training
协助商品部门举行商品培训

Report to GM向总经理汇报事宜

Qualification
资质
At least 10 years experience in casual/ luxury fashion retail management, in which last 3 years in managerial level
至少10年的休闲奢侈品时尚零售管理经验，其中最少3年管理经历
Well knowledge of reporting & presentation skill; excel, PPT,
很好的展示演讲能力；类似 excel ，PPT
Track record of managing more than 10 stores/ 100 sales staffs
有管理过10家店面100个员工以上的经历
Affluent knowledge of analysis skill
丰富的分析能力
Knowledge of VM preferred
具有陈列知识的优先
