主要职责Main Responsibility
Essential Functions
-Supervises and training QA engineer and inspection team to solve quality issues, maintain and implements QA procedures, and fulfill customer’s requirements;
监督和培训质量保证工程师和检验队伍，解决质量问题，维护和执行质量保证程序，并满足客户的要求
-Investigates and follow-up products quality issues;
调查及后续产品的质量问题;
-Conduct QA technology training;
进行质量保证技术培训;
-Recommends modifications to existing QA procedures related to products quality;
建议修改现有的质量保证产品质量有关的程序;
-Reviews and set up Machining parts/subassembly/assembly inspection methods create Control Plan;
评估，并成立加工部件/组件/预组装，组装检验方法，创建控制计划;
-Maintenance and in charge of the QA Lab;
维护和负责质量实验室;
-Make Cpk analysis for process improvement;
通过Cpk分析进行过程改进
-Assists Marketing and Production in solving customer complaints regarding quality issues and follow up actions;
协助市场和生产解决客户投诉的质量问题和后续跟踪行动;
-Initiates, evaluates and documents trials on products quality improvement;
对产品质量的改进发起，评估和文件准备;
-Reviews the applicability of new production equipment;
评估新的生产设备的适用性;
-Studies and improves techniques to improve quality and reliability;
研究和改进技术，以提高质量和可靠性;
-Collaborates in special projects, research, implement and assignments to meet the ISO requirement;
协调特殊项目，研究，实施及作业符合ISO的要求;
Other Functions 其他功能
-Identify and take actions onto the potential quality failure to realize customers exceed satisfaction.
识别潜在的质量问题并采取行动，已达到超越客户满意要求。
-Performs other functions as required.
需要执行其他职责。


任职资格Qualification
-Bachelor degree of mechanical engineering or equivalent
机械工程学士学位或同等学历
-Minimum 5 years relevant experience in foreign-invested manufacturing environment
至少5年相关工作经验的外商投资生产环境
-Rich experience of ISO9001&ISO14000
丰富的经验，通过ISO9001和ISO14000
-Familiar with machining process and hydraulic products assembly process
熟悉机械加工工艺和液压产品装配过程
-Familiar with practical application of quality approaches like 6 Sigma etc
熟悉质量方法，质量控制工具应用如6西格玛
-Responsible, honest, open-minded, team work spirit, loyal
有责任感，诚实，心胸开阔，团队合作精神，忠诚
