职位描述
Responsibility:
? Account Executives will be working under the management of the Account Manager. Able to take direction and work to deadlines.
? They will be expected to collect information about customers from internet research, colleagues & suppliers and fully understand what expectations need to be met and where possible, exceeded
? Data entry to add and edit customer details in HJ Database accurately, with attention to detail. Intelligent enough to understand what this data means and how errors will adversely affect the company. Must be trustworthy and mature enough to appreciate that customer information can be confidential and not to be abused.
? Must work closely with QA executive, where customer has special requirements regards Initial Factory Inspections and Production QA reports and advice/support is being given to suppliers where necessary. Must be prepared to visit factories to assist with QC for orders.
? Must work closely with Product and Sales Executives to ensure all details of a customer’s request are understood and correctly relayed to suppliers.
Requirement :
"? Calm yet confident personality. Account Executives need to be square and circle.
? Male or female, Age not as important as experience and willingness to be a part of a growing team in a growing Trading Company.
? Chinese National with reasonable level of English required as you will be working in the customer’s best interests so an understanding of language and culture differences are essential.
? Confident and willing to learn
? Prior knowledge of manufacture and/or trading
? Attention to detail
? Be able to work under pressure to deadlines
? Flexible with a “can do” attitude, willing to adapt their ready skills to fit Hongjin direction.
? Enthusiastic with a passion for Global Trade
