一、代表活动中心负责教学点的教育教学、安全管理工作，协助抓好教学点教职工的聘任、管理及考核工作。
二、抓好教学点教职工的政治、业务学习，提高教职工的服务水平。
三、协助活动中心抓好招生宣传工作。
四、负责教学点安全工作的领导，制定并落实安全管理具体措施。
五、贯彻执行安全工作的法律、法规、规章和上级的有关规定。
六、加强对教师的师德教育，每期召开1-2次安全工作会。
七、督促清洁工搞好清洁卫生，坚持一日一次检查，并做好卫生检查记录。
八、及时处理好偶发事件，不能处理的重大事情必须在5分钟之内报告上级经理，并积极协助处理重大问题。
