工作职责：

-熟悉网络商贸平台运作模式，通过下厂方式维护客户关系；

-按照规定有质量地完成每周客户拜访数；

-现场为客户介绍平台，培训并协助客户解决平台使用过程中的相关问题；

-协助跟进服务的同事推动客户的服务进展，以及客户询盘的跟进反馈；

-与其他团队协作解决客户投诉，对投诉客户进行安抚，达到满意度要求；

-通过以上客户关系维护方式按规定完成续约升级业绩目标。

职位要求：

-大声或以上学历；

-有1-2年以上客户服务或者销售工作经验；

-耐心，热情，具备良好的客户服务意识；

-积极主动、善于倾听、喜欢微笑和微笑，具备良好的抗压能力；

-态度认真，努力好学，有良好的团队协作精神。

此岗位需要经常性外出。
