2. 8年及以上使用JAVA开发的经验，对Spring,ibatis,hibernate,struts等开源框架熟悉
3. 熟悉Linux，Apache 系统操作
4. 具丰富数据库Oracle、MySql运用和优化的经验
5. 拥有大型B2B商务网站开发经验优先
6. 沟通能力强，工作认真、细致、责任心强,能承受较强工作压力，能合理分配工作时间，富有工作热诚
System Analyst
Roles and responsibilities:
1. involve in all phases of website development cycles including requirements gathering, system design, development, testing and maintenance
2. conduct research on latest web technologies
3. train up and provide guidance to other team members
Requirements:
1. Bachelor of Science Degree or above with over 8 years of Java experience (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, and/or Electrical Engineering)
2. Knowledge of all phases of software development including design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large-scale, business centric and process based applications
3. Exposure to a variety of Java technologies including J2EE, JSP, Servlets, EJB. Knowledge in Spring, ibatis, hiberate, struts
4. Database knowledge in Oracle and MYSQL
5. Demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object-Oriented techniques and principles
6. Experience in large scale B2B e-commerce website is a plus
7. good communication skills, Self-motivated, well-organized and timely with deliverables
