Performance Textile-Technical Manager （功能性纺织品部-技术质量部经理）
工作地：上海
Job Description：
i. Fabric and Trims inspection team
a) Set up the fabric and trims inspection strategy and handling Inspection planning.
b) Follow up the fabric and trims quality issues from customer, garment factory and vendors.
c) Implement and Monitor fabric supplier’s quality system requirements.
d) Handle the fabric and trims quality approval from vendors manage consistency during production.
e) Manage and train Quality Inspector team and audit to ensure continuous quality system improvement.
ii. Manage color team
a) Set up the color approval strategy according to customer requirement.
b) Assist colorist to solve the difficult issue.
iii.Manage fabric physical and chemical testing team
a) Testing requirement set up for different categories of performance textiles.
b) Communicate with customer, merchandiser, RND, vendor to get consistency for testing method and requirement.
c) To do correlation test with 3rd party testing lab and ensure consistency of internal laboratory.
iv.Technical support
a) Support RND team for the new production development.
b) Present corrective and preventive action for any complaint.
c) Presentation and explanation during customer visit.
d) Provide technical support to vendor for any quality issues.

Education & Qualifications Required:
a) Bachelor Degree or above in Dyeing or related major
b) At least 6 years in same position or responsibility that can manage a team with 20 staff
c) Dyeing and Finishing experience in synthetic fiber preferred
d) Knowledge in testing method ASTM,AATCC,ISO
e) Good English both written and oral
f) Good communication skill and team spirit. Responsible, independent, analytical mind and result orientated
