Responsibilities:
1. Lead china QAC team and assign duties among the team.
2. Work with management teams to establish and implement a feasible and effective quality process and management system.
3. Analyze production KPIs and execute QA standard where needed to improve quality.
4. Develop qualified factories and conduct them to setup quality awareness and quality process.
5. Track all production and ensure that finished product is delivered on time and meets established quality standards.
6. Interact effectively with Development, Merchandiser, Factory and other teams may involve.
7. Provide training to factories and QAC team.
8. Work closely with factories in meeting the compliance requirement from customers.
9. Initiate effective and smooth solutions for troubleshooting.
10. Monitor and adhere to the departments budgets, work with management team to control team’s reimbursement.
11. Execute plans and special assignments directed by the supervisor

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above in business or engineering.
2. Minimum of 10 years garment/fabric experience in Quality Assurance and production activities with a manufacturing and trading environment, at least 5 years in managing QC department.
3. Experience in sizeable garment manufacturing or buying office preferred.
4. Experience in developing vendor relationships.
5. Sound knowledge of pattern making, garment/fabric construction, testing technical.
6. Dynamic and self-motivated person with ambition to make career advancement.
7. Experience in factory compliance under various buyers requirement.
8. Able to work under pressure and embrace change within a multi-cultural group.
9. Travel as needed according to business needs whether domestic or international is required.
10. Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese is a must.
