MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS 最低要求
1. Bachelor Degree or above in Mechanical or Engineering fields;
2. At least 5 years, or more, experience in SQA or similar area relating to quality covering product validation, project implementation and auditing;
3. Familiar with IS09000 and other quality system and implementation;
4. Working experience in quality control and operation/coordinating champing the on-site quality issue solving;
5. Strong Analytical & technical skills with the ability to read and understand technical specifications such as drawings, standards and technical regulations;
6. Good communication, organization, coordination abilities and high spirit of teamwork;
7. Familiar with common measurement tools usage: calipers, 3-D instrument and so on.
8. Strong written and verbal communication English.
9. Strong willing to travel.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY责 任 范 围
1. Supplier audit and On-site components inspection
2. Quality control of sample parts developing and approving process
3. Use SPC method to take actions identifying the weakness of suppliers and help suppliers to enhance quality level and fix each and every quality issues
4. Coaching supplier with the parts application, technical requirements, discussing with supplier to determine the right process/tools to reach the target quality, avoiding rework and later problems;
5. Supervises and maintains the supplier corrective action system, follow up 8D and train suppliers on quality tools & methodology.
6. Communication with headquarter R&D to clarify components specification and application, supporting components localization process
7. Electronic component local supply market investigation for supporting localization
