工作职责：
1.通过日常的电话和邮件，对公司内外的客户提供优质的技术服务。
2.关注客户发生的各种技术和质量问题，对于有趋势性的问题，应收集完整的、准确的和专业的数据，整合后向公司汇报，并跟踪直至该问题能被彻底解决。
3.通过与客户的沟通，及时了解公司产品的使用情况。将与产品有关的，有价值的信息传递给公司各部门，以便公司在设计、生产等环节能够持续改进。

要求：
1.电子/工业自动化等相关专业，本科学历。
2.3年以上电子行业/工控行业的工作经验。能够熟练使用常规的电子测量仪器，如：万用表，示波器，信号发生器等，以诊断电子和电气线路故障。
3.具有C语言和梯形语言的程序设计能力者优先考虑。
4.具有良好的与外部客户和公司内部部门间沟通的能力。具有良好的英语口头和书面表达能力。
5.具有良好的解决问题的能力和职业素养。

Responsibilities:
1.Provide excellent technical service to customers, both internal and external, through daily phone and email support.
2.Keep focus on the failures from field, if any trend is judged, submit the issue with sufficient field information to company, follow the issue until completely resolved.
3.Through communicate with client, keep in touch with the utilization of products. Prompt forward the product related information to company for continuous improvement.

Qualification:
1.B.S. Degree in Electronic Engineering or Industrial Automation.
2.3+ years of experience in the technical field of electronic and/or industrial control industry, must have hand-on experience in using multimeter, scopemeter, signal generators etc, to troubleshoot electronic and electrical circuitry.
3.Knowledge of programmable controller and programming skills in C (C语言) and ladder logic (梯形语言) will be a big plus.
4.Be-able to communicate well with internal and external customer. Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
5.Engineer-like problem solving.
