C&C Global Group currently have a few entry level analyst positions available. The position is an excellent opportunity to engage with leaders of private equity funds, hedge funds, Fortune 500 corporations, and leading privately held corporations on an international scope. Analysts participate in all stages of our various strategies, which include change of control and minority investments on the equity side and distressed acquisitions and new issuances on the debt side. - Identify attractive candidates through primary research
- Manage a proprietary database of researched companies
- Write professional correspondence to key executives
- Develop marketing materials to pitch various clients and strategies
- Communicate with business owners & key executives
Analysts report to a Director of the firm and have significant exposure to high-profile clients and CEOs early on in the job.
1.负责对与项目投资业务相关的产业进行深度调研与行业分析，具有丰富的项目设计经验；
2.管理和研究公司的专有数据库
3.负责对投资项目的筛选和甄别，实施尽职调查，提供分析报告，进行风险管理
4.参与制定公司的发展方向和营销策略
5.与企业管理人员及客户建立有效的沟通
6.本岗位入职后汇报对象是董事长
Job Qualifications:
· BS/ BA degree and above from accredited four-year university. All majors are encouraged to apply: previous experience in finance or economics is helpful but not required.
· Candidates must be hardworking, outgoing, organized, multi-task oriented, and eager to learn. Also candidates must exhibit strong attention to detail and proven pride in professionalism.
· Polished verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft applications are a must.
· Candidates are expected to be self-starters and effectively contribute in a team environment. Prior research experience is also helpful.
