Job description:

- provide the highest level of customer service through taking care of a selection of accounts;

- manage the process of smooth delivery to the customer following every process along the way from initial development, orders being placed and through to delivery of the goods, ensuring to follow the "get it right first time" principal.

- maintain the sample trackers, critical path and fully update the ERP system all the time;

- maintain good working relationships with counterpart in UK,suppliers and colleagues in all departments.

Requirments of position:

- responsible, organized and able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines;

- good communication skill in both Mandarin and English;
