Responsibility:

Oversees the execution of all policies, procedures and directions related to import/export activities.
Plans and directs flow of traffic for import and export of products
Negotiates with shipping agents on contracts for reciprocal freight handling agreements
Prepares reports of transactions to facilitate payment settlement on billing of shippers and foreign carriers
Keeps good relationship with customs, forwarders etc
Prepares, applies, tracks, and updates the Yellow Book.
Works with Custom and Foreign Trade Departments on related import and export activities
Handles Sales Order (HQ)
Comply with all safety regulations and safety measures while carrying out duties.
Other tasks assigned by boss

Qualification:
international trading or relevant majors of bachelor degree;
Solid experience of I/E, trading, logistics or relevant jobs (above 3 years);
Good English proficiency is required.
