- 对公司培训项目的客户进行专业的培训跟踪、开发、维护；

- 根据客户需求撰写培训方案，给客户提供专业意见和建议，推进商务谈判并签订协议/合同；
- 负责培训项目的协调与管理，必要时做好培训现场的辅助跟进工作；
- 拓展维护新老客户关系，与各个公司HR保持良好关系；

- 根据公司战略，完成销售目标。

职位要求：
- 本科以上学历，三年以上顾问式销售工作经验或HR培训工作经验，有同行业销售经验者优先；

- 优秀的语言表达能力及谈判技巧；

- 独立分析问题的能力和快速学习能力；
- 能承受较强的压力，愿意接受挑战性的工作，良好的团队合作精神。
